Returns Accepted for 7 Days: We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer Provides Return Shipping: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Video Proof of Broken Damaged Parcels Required: In Case Of Broken Or Damaged Parcels YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND A VIDEO PROOF OF OPENING THE PARCEL otherwise we will not be able to determine whether you received a damaged product or it got damaged by your own mishandling and hence will not be responsible for returning the parcel.
No Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of final sale items are considered final.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
